What is your training like?
Our training for tax collectors is very simple. It takes about 1 hour and we show your staff how to manage the network of payers and how to process incoming payments. That is it!
What do you need from us to get started?
After you register and create your Tax Collector account we need a sample of your tax roll and a sample of your payment files.
I currently collect a check for each parcel lenders pay me. How does that work with Autoagent?
Autoagenttm asks lenders for a wire transfer or an ACH to be made to pay you the taxes. Checks are not a good idea, however you may still accept checks from some lenders if that is the only method they can pay you.
Is Autoagent a tax service?

I collect a fee to send the mortgage companies our tax roll file. Will I lose this revenue?
Autoagenttm has a built-in component you can use to assess and collect your "automation fee". It is fully automated and actually it can increase your revenue.

What if I decide not to use Autoagent?
You can stop using Autoagenttm at any time of your choice. You are not obligated to us in any way or form.
What if some lenders do not want to use your service?
That is ok. Most of them will use Autoagenttm and a few of them may not. For those that are not willing to use Autoagenttm you can continue collecting taxes the same way you have collected in the past. Eventually all payers will be convinced to use Autoagenttm by seeing the benefits of our great service.

Unfortunately no. It is against our business philosophy. Also consider the fact that the cost of using Autoagenttm is very low compared to the cost savings of the lenders
We are looking to replace our tax software. This is not a good time to use your system
Autoagenttm is tax software system agnostic. It works with every commercial or custom tax software in the US today. If you change your software vendor we will adjust Autoagenttm to work with their files.

Of course. You may download the entire tax roll of the tax collector you work with through Autoagenttm and do your own research offline. Some Tax Collectors however, restrict the download of their tax roll.
Do you provide delinquent data?
Yes we do. There is a section dedicated to delinquent research.
